The Coronavirus has led to historic changes for kids, schools, families, and businesses. At CodeChangers, we are doing our part in keeping our community safe while providing quality STEM education. Here’s how we will be moving forward this spring and summer to continue teaching amazing tech, while following health and safety guidelines!

We are in the process of planning and preparing for our annual CodeChangers Summer Tech Camps! For now, plan on us providing face-to-face camps that are full of fun, techy goodness! If you do sign up for one of our physical camps, and it cancels because of the virus—don’t worry! You can then sign up for one of our virtual summer camps (learn and build projects from your own home!), or have your camp registration reimbursed. We will keep you updated as summer approaches, so keep your eyes peeled for future information on our blog, website, and social media.

As for now and the upcoming weeks, we know that many kids are out of school and we want to help! We would like to introduce you to our brand-new, free, CodeChangers Livestream Courses! For the next two weeks, we will be offering live streams at 3:00PM Mountain Standard Time each weekday to teach you and guide you through exciting projects with code and tech like Python, Javascript, and BBC micro:bits! Each stream is just one hour long, and you can pause, stop, and rewind to take the course at your own pace. Join in on the fun! You can access our live streams through this link here!

We hope this fun offering will help keep you learning and engaged as we pull together through this tough time. We thank all those who are working hard to combat this virus, care for those who are suffering and keep our community running. Stay healthy, keep on learning alongside us, and Change the World with Code!
