CodeChangers Partners with Wonderment to Help Refugees Learn to Code
SALT LAKE CITY, Nov. 21, 2016 /PRNewswire-iReach/ -- Today, CodeChangers, a Utah based startup teaching youth to code, announced its partnership with Wonderment SLC Community Mobile Maker Space. CodeChangers is providing its online platform and curriculum to help youth learn to code on the bus in refugee communities. The public is invited to preview the completed Maker Bus Downtown Salt Lake City Main Street Tuesday, November 29 from 5:30 - 8:30 pm. Providing refugee youth in the community the opportunity to gain tech skills through the Wonderment Maker Bus sets them on the path for a bright future. Of the company's recent partnership, Founder Jason Schallenberger said "We couldn't be happier to provide access to our coding curriculum and platform.
